Seizing the Day

No, I am not trying to be ghoulish. This photograph, taken in Ireland a couple of years ago now, reminded me that we must not waste a moment. Whoever we are and whatever we are doing, this is our time. One of the most inspirational, if ultimately sad, films I have ever seen was 'The Dead Poets' Society'. We were encouraged to seize the day. People say that life is too short, and for some, they sweep into our lives and then are gone. Yet, they can make an impact. We can all make an impact. Let's do it.
