What's the story?

I came across these two empty deckchairs in Regent's Park. They look pretty much like they could be from any time in recent or not so recent history. They are asking for a story to be written about them. Perhaps, they are inviting a hero and a heroine, a couple in love or two old friends to sit down and take their ease. What do you think?
